1 Year Warranty
If your Stanley product becomes defective due to faulty materials or workmanship within 12 months from the date of purchase, Stanley guarantees to replace all defective parts free of charge or – at Stanley's discretion – replace the unit free of charge provided that:
• The product has been used in accordance with any instructions provided and has not been subject to misuse, excessive force, load or mechanical impact
• The product has been subject to fair wear and tear
• Repairs have not been attempted by unauthorised persons
• Proof of purchase is produced
• The Stanley product is returned complete with all original components
• The product has not be purchased as used or second hand

Stanley Bergen Safety Boots Warranty
Stanley FatMax are committed to delivering the best made, best fitting, highest performing safety footwear every time. However, in the unlikely event that your boots develop a fault, all products are warranted for 6 months from the date of purchase. The warranty protects against defective workmanship and manufacturing defects when used under normal conditions and for the purpose the product was intended.
It is Stanley FatMax's intent to evaluate all returned goods with the purpose of fairness in mind. Only those items returned for inspection which, obviously fall outside the reasonable criteria of defective workmanship and/or materials will be denied credit.
Returns will not be accepted if the product has been subjected to excessive/unusual wear (cuts, burns, chemical or acid burns, etc), mistreatment or poor fitting if worn or soiled.
