The Makita PC5010C planer has a powerful 1400w motor with soft start for smooth start-ups and longer gear life. It features super joint system 2 which provides increased machine durability by absorbing the vibration produced by the wheel grinding or cutting material. This, alongside the ergonomic handle provides increased comfort and reduced fatigue during use. This planer has a slide switch with lock-on function for continuous operation. Constant speed control automatically applies additional power to the motor to maintain the speed under load and the electronic current limiter helps protect the motor from overloading. This planer comes in both 110V and 240V.
