The Makita HP1640 is a dual purpose drill equipped with Rotation only and Rotation with hammering. The reversing system allows extended service life of carbon brush and boasts no power reduction in reverse or forward rotation. Controllable by a variable speed trigger and fitted with a depth stop and side handle. The machine has a keyed chuck with the key stored in a rubber holder on the flex. Sold in a cardboard box.
