Einhell products come with a standard 1 year warranty, however, if you register your tool within 30 days of purchase you can benefit from the extended 3 year warranty. Einhell's 3 year warranty covers all Einhell Red, Einhell Classic, Einhell Car Classic, Einhell Home, Einhell Expert, Einhell Expert Plus and Einhell Professional products. You will find the brand name on the packaging, in the operating instructions and on the nameplate of your product. You will need a valid proof of purchase.
When registered within 30 days of purchase, Einhell Power X-Change batteries benefit from a 2 year extended warranty instead of the statutory 6 months. Simply apply online and download your warranty certificate.

To arrange a warranty repair, all you have to do is email your completed warranty certificate to Einhell. Once your completed warranty form has been received, Einhell will then inform you of all further steps of the returns process, providing you with information on the appropriate shipping options or service partners in your area.
