EcoFlow Warranty Information
When you make an EcoFlow purchase at Toolstop, you automatically receive a limited warranty for the products. The warranty period begins the day your product is received at your delivery address, and will vary dependant on the product(s) purchased.
Whilst EcoFlow pride themselves on the quality of their products, in the unlikely event that something should go wrong, they will replace or repair the faulty item free of charge. EcoFlow will also cover all shipping costs during the warranty after sales service.
What is covered?
The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This includes defects in the product's battery, solar panels, and other components.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or accidents. It also does not cover damage caused by extreme weather conditions, such as floods, fires, or lightning strikes.

How to claim warranty
To register your EcoFlow Warranty, visit www.ecoflow.com/eu/support/warranty or log into the EcoFlow App. You will need a copy of your Toolstop invoice and your serial number. Should you encounter an issue with your EcoFlow product within the warranty period, visit this same link or cliam your warranty through the app.
We encourage you to register your EcoFlow product for warranty as soon after purchase as possible.
If the client contacts EcoFlow directly through support.eu@ecoflow.com, EcoFlow will provide support to fix the problem remotely. If it cannot be fixed remotely, they can provide 2 solutions depending on the assessment that we will make of the case:
Repair: EcoFlow will provide consumers with instructions and shipping labels to send to technical service for repairing
Replacement: EcoFlow's aftersales team provides a replacement certificate, and the dealers/distributors can only make the replacement after they get the certificate. The CN will be issued to distributors once those defective units back to EcoFlow's warehouse.
Paid Repairs
For items that are no longer within their warranty period, EcoFlow can repair these at the customers cost. Paid repair is also required for conditions that are not covered by EcoFlow's warranty repair service.

Important Points
In the event that less than 30 calendar days have passed since the purchase and it is confirmed that there is a defect within the guarantee conditions, it is considered a DOA (Dead on Arrival) and replacement will always be given as a solution.
Substitution/repair authorisations are given in 48 hours. EcoFlow has to approve them all. In other words, Toolstop cannot replace a unit without this authorisation.
